Picture yourself “lolling” on the spacious verandas overlooking the private pool, with a stunning view of Falmouth Harbor and lovely Pigeon Beach just a 5-minute stroll down the hill. While serene and secluded, this beach features a casual bar/eatery as well as a world-famous café featuring the best French cuisine made with local produce and fish. Oh, and don’t forget to indulge in an outdoor massage with the gentle sound of waves lapping the shore!

Need some time alone? Retreat to your luxurious, fully air-conditioned suite (all rooms have private baths) and enjoy some well-earned rest between our delightful lineup of activities!
Here’s the scoop:

Wake up each day to fresh fruit, coffee, and tea, followed by a playful, energizing yoga class with Lois, out on the covered veranda with fresh breezes to keep you flowing. Enjoy brunch prepared by a local chef with an insider’s access to the best from local farms and waters. Each day Lois will also give a lively, engaging talk on why we do yoga, where it comes from, what it means, and how you can take your yoga “off the mat” and into your daily life.

Enjoy a full afternoon of beach, sailing, swimming, fishing, paddle boarding, horseback riding, or touring the local village and historic dockyards–or simply resting and diving into a good book.

Round out the day with Erica’s gentle/restorative yoga and meditation, on the veranda or down on the pier overlooking the sunset. Then gather for another delicious meal al fresco, once again prepared by our culinary wizard.

We’ll leave one day free so that you can get out and explore all that Antigua has to offer, and maybe venture by boat to Barbuda, Antigua’s undeveloped sister island. You’ll also have two evenings free to head down to the beach or into town to taste the best of the island’s local eateries.
