Covid-19 has drastically altered where, when, and how we practice yoga—and sadly, probably also how many of us practice yoga! Yoga’s role in our daily lives seems precarious:
Will we ever practice mat-to-mat again?
What about those yummy hands-on adjustments?
How can I practice at home with my kids/dog/husband distracting me?
Can teachers really teach me via Zoom?
Is the yoga retreat—with airplanes, hotels, shared meals, shared props–gone forever?
Bad news at any time, but terrible when we’re all facing stressors like never before, with our home, work, and school lives turned upside-down!
What to do?!
Join me to discover what the best minds and hearts in the yoga profession—several hundred years of combined experience!—are creating to bring yoga to you in our bizarre new world. Each Saturday afternoon, you’ll hear from top studio owners, teacher trainers, retreat leaders, and group-class and private-lesson teachers about what’s working, what’s not, and how we can all support each other to keep yoga alive.
Yoga students will get an insider’s view of what’s going on across the field and how it will shape your access to yoga going forward. Yoga professionals can save time and resources by learning from these master teachers—and benefit from focused mentoring with me on the skills most needed to stand out in our brave new yoga world!
