Yoga + Lois = Summer Fun!

Dear Students, Friends, and Colleagues,
It’s so great to see some of you heading outdoors to enjoy the glorious summer weather! I taught my first in-person group class (with crazy amounts of social distancing!) out in the fields at Wolffer Vineyard Sunday morning, it was just like old times. Familiar faces, new friends, and visitors gathering under bright sun, cool breezes, and lush grapevines. If you’ve never been to wine country, here’s your chance! (And you can pick up a bottle at the wine stand on your way out☺). Join me at Wolffer Vineyard Sundays 10:15, now through Labor Day.
After leading my Covid Spring afternoon Zoom classes for several months, it’s time to change things up! Starting July 1, I’ll be offering “pop up” classes at different times during the week, adapting to our summer schedules and my own expanding teaching. Email loisnesbitt1@gmail.com and I’ll put you on the list for notifications—usually the day before or morning of.
I’m also now offering private and small-group lessons outside at my place and at students’ homes, as well as continuing on Zoom. I take all recommended Covid precautions and ask that my students do the same. It’s working beautifully onscreen and in-person.
