Yoga isn’t always the answer—or not the one-stop shop I once hoped it would be. A perpetual student myself, I’ve adopted what works best from yoga, fitness, physical therapy, bodywork, and an obsessive study of anatomy—and put it to work for clients of all shapes, sizes and abilities. 
To progress toward your best, you’ll need a PLAN:
  • To start where you are (and acknowledge how you got there)

Important Note to Live Zoom Class Students
Please expect a couple of extra steps to enter class: you may have to enter the meeting number and/or password, you may be placed in the “waiting room” until I add you in. I’ll be on the meeting early to facilitate. If anything goes amok, text me at (917) 975-8009 so we can get you entered. This is necessary to keep our meeting safe from the “zoom bombers.” Thanks for protecting our sacred space!
