STAYCATION RENTALS

Dear Students, Friends, and Colleagues,

The term “stay-cation” has taken on new meaning in the last few months, with options for moving around the globe, the country, and the neighborhood vastly restricted. Still, circumstances sometimes require that we do move on or out! Whether you’re in need of your own space in Manhattan or a season by the sea in East Hampton, I’ve got room to spare!

*Both places as virus-free as possible! My NYC apartment has been vacant since March 12. The East Hampton house is occupied by me and one other self-isolating, voluntarily nonworking person. Below is the scoop on your next move.

NYC’S WEST VILLAGE ON THE CHEAP!

The West Village of Manhattan has morphed in the past few years from staid, former bohemian outpost to chic neighborhood of cutting-edge retail, while retaining its quiet, leafy streets and 18^th-century architecture. Good news for the homeless or anyone in need of alternative housing: my delightful, rent-stabilized studio apartment is available for sublet from now through mid-September (dates flexible), so you can enjoy the best for less!

BEACH SEASON IS HERE!

Need a good dose of fresh air and blue skies? “Working” from home or seeking seasonal work in the Hamptons? Don’t sweat it out in the city when you can be dipping your toes in the warm sand and cool waters. My East Hampton home is a refuge of light, peace, and quiet, five minutes from the beach. I have two rooms available for part- or full-time residence now through September and beyond.
