Head out into the day to experience all that Antigua has to offer, from paddle boarding, snorkeling, and windsurfing to hiking and horseback riding through the island’s rich and varied terrain. Explore the historic port towns and harbors that make Antigua the sailing capital of the world. Or just swim and sunbathe on uncrowded beaches or in our onsite pool.
Round out the day with a slower paced afternoon class that will reveal yoga’s therapeutic power in healing from and preventing common injuries and physical limitations. Then join us for a home-cooked dinner prepared by our private chef! Throughout the retreat, Lois will enrich your mind with short lecture/discussions on how and why yoga can enhance our modern lives.
Of course, you’re free to take advantage of any and all! Lois will also be on hand for optional private lessons for those seeking a customized approach to practice.
